At Pinto Pure, each product is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our bath and body products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the item. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
